9. “No account-sharing” If you share the content of your course with anyone else your login will be terminated and you will NOT be able to use or access the E-Learning Portal and will be banned from the site altogether, to be clear NO sharing of any content via giving your username and password to anyone, this is strictly against our policies and copyright.
10. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Any claim relating to the Portal’s website shall be governed by the laws of the Portal Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the E-Learning Portal collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “Student”) of the Portal. This Privacy Policy applies to the Portal, Courses, Forum and the Shop offered by the Portal.

Personal Identification Information

We may collect personal identification information from Students in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Students enrol in the Portal, Course or the Shop within the Portal, subscribe to a newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available in our Portal. Students may visit the Portal anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Students only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Students can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain Portal related activities.

How We Use / Collected Information

The Portal may collect and use Students’ personal identification information for the following purposes:

  Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
• To personalise user experience
  We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Students as a group use the services and resources provided in our Portal.

  We may use Student email addresses to send Students information and updates pertaining to their order. Student email addresses may also be used to respond to Student inquiries, questions, or other requests.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Student personal identification information to others.

The Owner of the Portal has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage Students to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

By enrolling in the Portal, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not enrol in the Portal.
